Week 8 - MKTG 6101 - Surfing the Tsunami Chapter 8

Chapter 8 of Surfing the Tsunami drives home the point that whether we accept it or not artificial intelligence is here to stay. No matter what industry you work in you will be affected by AI in some way. Author Todd Kelsey provides a plethora of resources for individuals to learn about AI and keep up with the ever changing world of AI. Reading books and articles and researching are easy ways to try to learn and expand on your knowledge. A great place to start is re-reading this book. This book provides so much information and is a great foot-in-the-door to learning about AI and how you can adopt AI into your life. 

I’m currently at the stage of adopting to AI. Between my personal and work life, I think I utilize AI quite often. From facial recognition on my phone to my cars ability to drive for me, I’m seeing that AI is everywhere. It is better to accept AI and integrate it into your everyday life than trying to fight it because it isn’t going anywhere.
