Week 6 - MKTG 6101 - Guerrilla Marketing Chapter 6
Chapter 6 of Guerrilla Marketing focuses on the importance of utilizing the most effective marketing method. There are a plethora of marketing mediums from television advertisements, brochures, word of mouth and billboards - just to name a few. Some methods are more cost effective and would be a better option than others. No matter which methods a business chooses, it’s important to become a master in each method you choose to develop. Levinson (2007) wrote “you must put time, energy, money, talent, and the results of your uncanny knowledge into it”. You should utilize all methods possible that align with your knowledge and skills to maximize the effectiveness of your marketing strategy. The more marking methods a business is able to implement with expertise, the more opportunities they will have to promote their business. Understanding the ways in which a marketing method could go wrong and be ineffective is important to ensure you run the right advertisement in the proper media.
